Darrell and I were thrilled to be on stage at the upcoming NMHC OPTECH conference to discuss the extraordinary results we produced for Solidago, a property management company formed when its founders decided to take a personal approach to maintaining their portfolio.

FacilGo implemented a preventive maintenance program to spell tasks out and track completion. Now Solidago personnel can look at any property on their dashboard and find the next task. FacilGo even helps grade maintenance task performance and lets Solidago staff sync best practices, allowing teams in Tennessee and Dallas to perform the same inspections
