Our Story
In the early days of SaaS and procurement software, Ken Murai helped lead the efforts to create OpsTechnology, the leading procurement marketplace for multifamily, acquired by RealPage in 2008.
Several years later, Ken and another partner started a SFR home portfolio. While it was a small portfolio of 50 homes, over time Ken experienced firsthand the challenges of renovating and operating SFR properties. Getting quality maintenance work done on the rental homes was inefficient and extremely frustrating due to the lack of good technology solutions on the market. Suppliers were also frustrated by how difficult it was to grow their businesses and operate efficiently.
Ken realized that he could leverage his experience in proptech and as an SFR operator to build an innovative solution that would streamline distributed maintenance, turns and renovations for SFR, MF and Student Housing operators. With this solution, operators would save money and deliver a better resident experience and it would simultaneously help suppliers grow. Thus, FacilGo® was born.

Ken Murai
Ken was VP Product Development and Client Management at OpsTechnology for 9 years, where he designed and developed the OpsTechnology product until the acquisition by RealPage in 2010. Ken has direct experience as an SFR portfolio operator as well as creating procurement organizations and managing strategic technology initiatives in the single family and multifamily industry. Ken graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
Brad Chandler

Brad Chandler
Brad was the Industry Principal responsible for driving sales and development of Yardi’s Procure to Pay solution. Prior to Yardi, Brad was VP of Product Management at SiteStuff until the acquisition by Yardi in 2007. Brad brings over 25 years of seasoned leadership in the SFR and MF property technology market. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute, a Masters in Engineering Management from St. Martins’ College, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. Brad also served as an officer in the United States Air Force.

Rupesh Shah
Rupesh is a passionate technical leader and has deep experience in building, maintaining, and scaling SaaS applications. Rupesh has served as a Director of Engineering at OpsTechnology, RealPage, and Xpanse and was instrumental in building, growing, and leading highly productive engineering teams. Rupesh graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidhyanagar, India and is now based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

With over 25 years of experience in the multifamily property management and real estate industries, Mike brings a deep understanding of the market to his role. Prior to joining FacilGo, he served as a National Sales Executive at Yardi Systems.
Mike is dedicated to providing clients with cutting-edge technology and exceptional support. He continually analyzes industry trends to ensure FacilGo's offerings meet the evolving needs of the multifamily sector. His expertise is instrumental in driving client growth and success.
Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Houston.

Lisa is a seasoned eProcurement leader with over two decades of experience driving supplier operations and integrations. Having led the third-party procurement platform team at HD Supply Facilities Maintenance for over a decade, she possesses a deep understanding of the industry. Her expertise expanded at Ops Technology and Procurement Partners, where she held leadership roles in vendor management and operations. Lisa holds a BA in Human Services Management from the University of Phoenix.
